Luke Stahlberg
Founder, Master Builder
Luke was born and raised in Kalispell, Montana. As an avid outdoors man, he has a strong appreciation for the recreation our valley offers.
Luke started his carpentry career with a commercial building firm where he worked on projects ranging from the Cancer Treatment Center to Mackenzie River Pizza Company. It was no
surprise to anyone that he excelled working with his hands. Luke worked as a foreman for an underground utilities company in Southern California for a few years before answering the overwhelming call of the fresh air, cold smoke and beauty of the Rocky Mountains. Upon returning to Montana Luke ventured out as a sub-contractor on high-end custom homes. It was here that he honed his fine woodworking skills, working on custom log homes and timber frames. Luke further expanded his education at Montana State University by pursuing a degree in Construction Engineering Technology.
Ibex Builders is the culmination of years of diverse experience and education. Every project is different and Luke draws from his vast building knowledge to create thoughtful, lasting structures he is proud to put his name on.
